Margaret Pulles Machado, President & CEO

Margaret Pullés Machado is president and CEO of PuMa Communications & Cultural Services, a woman-owned business established in 2006 and headquartered in Washington, DC. Pulles is a communications, public affairs and Hispanic marketing professional with over 15 years of experience. Solid background in all facets of public relations including: advocacy, media relations, community relations, Hispanic marketing, events and business development. She possesses special expertise in creating strategic communications and multicultural/multilingual marketing campaigns that are effective and results-oriented. Pulles counts on an extensive network of contacts within the public and private sectors, including trade and advocacy organizations with diverse agendas and has clear understanding of ethnically diverse attitudes, customs, and protocols.

Her professional background includes senior positions at: Smithsonian Institution; U.S. Department of Transportation, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Miami Dade Expressway Authority, Miami Science Museum and, Burson-Marsteller.

Margaret is involved in leadership roles in a diverse range of business, international and community organizations including: U.S. Global Leadership Coalition, National Latina Business Women Association, and the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce

Ricardo Taño Feijoó, Associate

Ricardo Taño Feijoó, president, RTF International, is a Latin America & Caribbean Business Development expert specializing in Brazil, Chile, Peru, Panama, and the Dominican Republic. Mr. Taño Feijoó brings to the company both a high level of expertise and an array of business contacts both in the local and international marketplace. Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and English, Mr. Taño Feijoó holds a MBA/Marketing and International Business degree from Barry University and a BS in Architecture from CUNY City College of New York. A native of Montevideo, Uruguay, he has lived in Spain, Brazil and Miami.

Experienced in all aspects of key C-level networking, market/account development and international market penetration. Exceptional knowledge of strategic conceptualization, with an outstanding experience in multi-lingual and cross cultural expertise. Excels and enjoys managing complex and critical sales challenges, by way of a keen client needs assessment and aggressively employing the use of assertive diplomacy to negotiate lucrative agreements, partnerships and alliances
